NIRSAL Microfinance Bank (NMFB) has launched the NMFB Mobile App, introducing a significantly enhanced mobile banking experience for both existing and prospective customers.

The app is designed to provide users with improved convenience, enabling seamless access to banking services around the clock. Notable features of the NMFB Mobile App include:

• Self-registration capabilities using your NMFB account number and registered phone number.
• Quick login option via fingerprint authentication for compatible devices.
• Self-service functionality for increasing transaction limits.
• The ability to transfer funds to other NMFB accounts and to external banks.
• Airtime purchases for self, family, and friends.
• Options to open a new NMFB account directly through the app.
• Additional features are expected to be introduced in the near future.

This mobile banking solution aims to simplify banking processes, allowing users to concentrate on their personal priorities.

Registration Instructions:

For Existing NMFB Account Holders:

1. Download the NMFB Mobile App.
2. Select the “Sign Up” icon.
3. Input your NIRSAL MFB account number as your username and your registered phone number.
4. Click on “Register.”
5. Follow the prompts to generate your transaction PIN and password.

For Prospective Users Without Account Numbers:

1. Download the NMFB Mobile App.
2. Select the “Login” icon.
3. Click on “Open Account.”
4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
